Americas Best Value Inn - Annandale

I really enjoyed my time here, especially the cozy indoor pool and jacuzzi! The only hiccup was the pool water being a bit cool for my liking, but it didn't ruin my fun. Definitely try to grab a breakfast early to get the best choices!

Location: the hotel was very close to grocery and liquor stores as well as Annandale for a class reunion. We stayed in a spotless and updatedroom with the bedroom and a Queen bed, for example.

Unbeatable setting, I had such wonderful time.

Staff was really helpful and breakfast was hot.

The beds were not comfortable and there

Were cobwebs in the corners, which detracted from the experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the convenience of having a grocery store right next door.

The breakfast was warm, with extremely helpful and caring staff and a wide range of food. It had absolutely perfect and particularly good location, close to liquor stores, a grocery store and a restaurant. Furthermore, right next to a strip mall.

The pool was not abailable

The room was mostly clean on the surface, but there were cobwebs in the corners and dust on the floors. The beds were really uncomfortable, hard to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast situation was a letdown too. We brought up expired milk and nothing was replaced.

Babbie was very nice.

The floor was soaking wet in the bedroom and it smelled like mold. The worst room I've ever stayed in. Could barley breath so moldy and wet. Coffee maker didn't work and I couldn't find the remote control.

I have used this location on numerous occasions and found the the cleanliness outstanding the room in good repair and a superb WiFi signal. All round excellent value

good value but needs better maintenance

The bed was fairly comfortable , made for a decent night's sleep. The location is convenient as it's one of the only hotel options around. The 24-hour front desk offered a helpful level of service . I appreciated having a microwave in the room.

Pool was very bad. When I got back after 5 day stay. 2 days after I got back I was hospitalized for Legionella pnemonia. Don't know if came from there but as dirty as pool was who knows.

the convenience of closeness to the event we were at

The pool was green and dirty. the tile in the pool area needed to be cleaned. the fake plants they had laying around were dusty. the water fountain looked like some one had puked in it. I believe the hotel did not have a water softener (or its broke) so there was hard water stains every where. Our bed room had a broken drain that a man had to come in and fix as i was getting ready. The bed was hard as a rock. and the rooms heat/ac unit did not work properly. The main door the key would not work at 1:30 in the morning it took numerous trys to get it to work to get into the hotel. the breakfast in the morning was not good. The hard water taste was in the juice. and the area was not very clean Needless to say it was not okay that we paid $101.00 for a inn that looked like that.

Check Wi-Fi availability beforehand, as it may not reach your room well. Nearby breakfast options might offer more variety.

The hotel is clean, quaint, & has a microwave & mini fridge. It's also located right by a grocery store & next door to a Dairy Queen. The rooms are also spacious and had hot water for long showers.

Lacking breakfast options, all carbs, no lighter fare like yogurt. No "real" coffee in town...

The owners and staff were pleasant to talk to. Close to food store if needed, and restaraunts. Would stay here again.
